As a testbed, ive ported SDLQuake in parallel with libSDLXenon SDLQuake libXenon repository is located at https://github.com/lantus/sdlquake-libxenon Download the source and use 'make' to build SDLQuake. I've attached a binary with shareware quake as well. Enjoy :)
